Bleazira (formerly BODDi) ("Bleazira," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Mala Knight Estates, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Mala Knight Estates, LLC is the entity legally responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where it is stored or processed, how it is protected, how long we keep it, and what choices and rights you have when you use the Bleazira mobile application and the boddi.tech website (together, the "Service").

Bleazira provides wellness, habit, fitness, nutrition, progress-tracking, and body-awareness tools for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Bleazira is not a medical service, is not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. See the Health & Wellness Notice in Section 12 and the Bleazira Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Bleazira Terms of Use.

AT A GLANCE

Bleazira is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. The app is rated 18+ on the App Store.

We collect information needed to operate Bleazira, including account, wellness, subscription, usage, camera/photo, and app performance data.

Bleazira can be used without creating an account for certain core features. If you sign in, certain data — including meal/food log entries, profile information, and progress data — may be synchronized to our cloud backend and restored across your devices.

Camera and AI-powered features may process meal images, wellness inputs, or workout-related inputs to generate estimates or guidance.

Bleazira uses third-party service providers: Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, AppsFlyer, PostHog, Edamam, OpenAI, and Upstash. Edamam provides food and nutrition database lookup for Food Search. OpenAI provides camera-based meal image analysis, AI-generated macronutrient estimates, and AI-generated workout guidance. PostHog provides product analytics and privacy-protected session replay to help us understand how app screens and features perform.

Bleazira does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Bleazira does not use your wellness, health, fitness, meal, weight, hydration, check-in, or progress data to target advertising, and does not transmit that data to advertising or attribution partners.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, and appeal. See Sections 4.5, 10, and 14.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT — ADULTS ONLY

You must be at least 18 years old to download, access, or use Bleazira. The Service is intended solely for adults and may not be used by anyone under 18, including with the permission or supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not offer a minor, child, teen, family, or supervised account of any kind.

App Store rating. Because our Terms of Use set an 18-year minimum age, we have set the app's App Store age rating to 18+ using Apple's "Override to Higher Age Rating" setting, as Apple requires when an app's end user license agreement sets a minimum age exceeding Apple's calculated content rating. The store listing, this Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use all state the same minimum age.

Age gate. During onboarding, we ask you to provide your age. If you indicate that you are under 18, you will not be permitted to continue using Bleazira. You must provide accurate age information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Bleazira is not directed to children, contains no content designed to appeal to children, and is not offered in the App Store Kids category. Bleazira is not directed to children under 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law, including deleting the information where required.

If we learn that a user is under 18, we will delete their personal information and terminate the account. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to Bleazira, contact hello@boddi.tech and we will investigate and delete it promptly.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the app, information needed to operate subscriptions, and information needed to support app functionality.

2.1 Account Data

If you create, connect, or sign in to a Bleazira account:

Apple private relay email address, if you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email

Login and authentication information

Account status

Profile information

Sign-in provider information

Account creation is not required for every feature. Some account-connected, cloud-connected, subscription, or sync features do require sign-in.

2.2 Wellness and Tracking Data

Depending on how you use the app:

Weight entries, current weight, and goal weight

Meal logs and camera meal estimates

Calorie and macronutrient estimates and calculated targets

Workout logs, hydration logs, and check-ins

Progress information, streaks, and habit tracking information

Age, height, and calculation profile selection used to estimate calorie and macronutrient needs

User-selected goals or limits

App preferences and saved wellness entries

If you are signed in to a Bleazira account, certain wellness and tracking data — including meal/food log entries, profile information, and progress and streak information — may be synchronized to our cloud backend so it can be restored across your devices. See Section 5.2. If you are not signed in, this data generally remains on your device only.

2.3 Camera, Photo, and AI Feature Data

If you use camera, photo, meal-estimation, or AI-powered features:

Food or meal images you choose to capture or upload

Image-derived meal information

Estimated calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and other nutrition information

AI-generated summaries, estimates, suggestions, or guidance

User prompts, notes, or inputs submitted to AI-powered features

We access your camera or photo library only when you grant permission and choose to use those features. You may change camera and photo permissions at any time in your device settings.

Camera-based and AI-generated results are estimates only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your needs. Review and edit estimates before relying on or saving them.

2.4 Food Search and Nutrition Lookup Data

If you use Food Search, we may transmit the food names or search terms you enter, selected food and serving information, and technical request information needed to operate the feature. This is processed through Bleazira's backend and third-party nutrition data providers to return results, provide serving and portion information, provide calorie and macronutrient information, enforce request limits, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service.

We currently use Supabase for backend processing and API routing, Edamam for food and nutrition database lookup, OpenAI for camera-based meal image analysis, and Upstash for rate-limiting infrastructure.

Food and nutrition information returned through Food Search may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify nutrition and allergen information before relying on it.

2.5 Usage and Product Analytics Data

App activity, feature usage, screen and button interactions, session activity, install and attribution information, campaign performance information, app open events, and general engagement patterns.

For signed-in and signed-out users, we also use PostHog for product analytics and privacy-protected session replay. Session replay is configured to mask text inputs and images and to apply additional protections to sensitive wellness, account, weight, check-in, and camera areas, and to exclude camera/photo capture from replay entirely. See Section 5.8.

2.6 Device and Performance Data

Device type, operating system, app version, device or app identifiers where permitted, performance data, crash logs, diagnostic data, error reports, and interaction data for app improvement.

2.7 Subscription and Purchase Data

Subscription status, product purchased, renewal status, trial or promotional eligibility, purchase validation information, App Store transaction information, and entitlement and access status.

We do not collect or store your full payment card information. App Store payments and billing are processed by Apple.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information only as needed to operate, secure, personalize, and improve the Service:

Create, connect, authenticate, and manage your account and profile

Track wellness progress inside the app and save your meal, workout, hydration, weight, check-in, and habit entries, and synchronize supported entries across your devices if you are signed in

Generate camera-based meal estimates and AI-powered estimates, summaries, suggestions, or guidance

Personalize your Bleazira experience and provide progress insights and features

Manage subscriptions, trials, renewals, paid access, and purchase validation

Measure installs, attribution, and campaign performance (using non-health app-event and device data only — see Section 5.7)

Understand how app screens and features perform using privacy-protected product analytics and session replay (see Section 5.8)

Improve app performance, stability, and usability, and troubleshoot bugs and crashes

Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security issues

Respond to support requests

Comply with legal, security, tax, billing, subscription, and App Store requirements

Protect the rights, safety, and security of Bleazira, our users, our service providers, and the public

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your wellness data for targeted advertising.

4. CONSUMER HEALTH DATA

This Section is provided for residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada (SB 370), Connecticut, and any other state with consumer health data requirements. It applies to all users.

4.1 Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect

Bodily functions and vital signs to the extent you enter them; measurements including weight, height, and goal weight; nutrition and dietary intake, including meals logged, meal images, calories, and macronutrients; hydration intake; physical activity and exercise logs; wellness goals and targets; and progress, streak, and check-in information.

4.2 Sources

Directly from you (entries, photos, prompts, and settings); automatically generated by the Service from your entries (calculated targets, estimates, and summaries); and returned from third-party nutrition databases in response to your searches.

4.3 Purposes of Collection and Use

Solely to (a) provide the tracking, logging, estimation, and progress features you request; (b) calculate and display your targets and estimates; (c) sync and restore your data if you use an account; (d) provide support; (e) maintain security and prevent abuse; and (f) comply with law. We do not use consumer health data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale.

4.4 Categories of Recipients

Processors/service providers only, and only as necessary to deliver the features you use: cloud database, authentication, and backend hosting (Supabase); food and nutrition database lookup (Edamam); AI-powered meal image analysis, macronutrient estimation, and workout guidance (OpenAI); and rate-limiting infrastructure (Upstash). We do not disclose consumer health data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics or attribution partners, or any third party for their own purposes. Our product analytics and session replay provider (PostHog) is configured not to receive meal names, food photos, weight values, health status, free-text reflections, or calorie/macronutrient values as event data — see Section 5.8. We do not disclose consumer health data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own purposes. We may disclose it if compelled by valid legal process, and where permitted will attempt to notify you first.

4.5 Your Consumer Health Data Rights

You have the right to: confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access it, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared it and contact information for each; withdraw consent to collection and sharing; and request deletion. Where you request deletion, we will delete the data from our records, including archived and backup systems consistent with Section 9, and notify all processors and third parties to whom we have disclosed it.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not require a signed authorization for sale because no sale occurs.

To exercise these rights, email hello@boddi.tech with the subject line "HEALTH DATA REQUEST," stating your request and the email or user ID associated with your account. We will respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary and with notice to you.

4.6 Appeals

If we deny your request, our response will explain why and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email hello@boddi.tech with the subject line "HEALTH DATA APPEAL." We will respond within 45 days with a written explanation. If we deny the appeal, we will provide contact information for the attorney general or applicable regulator in your state.

4.7 Geofencing

We do not use geofencing around any healthcare facility, and we do not collect precise geolocation data.

4.8 No HIPAA Coverage

Bleazira is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, and the information you enter is not protected health information under HIPAA. It is protected under this Privacy Policy and applicable state consumer health data law.

5. WHERE DATA IS STORED AND WHO PROCESSES IT

Bleazira stores some wellness and tracking information locally on your device. If you sign in to a Bleazira account, certain profile, progress, and food/meal log information may be synchronized or restored through Bleazira's backend, which may include profile settings, current and goal weight, weight history, meal/food log entries, progress and streak information, and program-related preferences.

Not all Bleazira information is cloud-synchronized. Some information remains only on your device. If you uninstall the app, locally stored data that has not been synced to your account may be permanently deleted and unrecoverable. Maintain your own backups.

Our service providers process information as necessary to provide their services to Bleazira and as otherwise described in their applicable terms, privacy practices, and legal obligations. We limit the information we provide to service providers based on the functions they perform for Bleazira:

5.1 Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, billing, subscriptions, private relay email, and account services.

5.2 Supabase — Authentication, database services, backend operations, Edge Functions and API routing, secure storage, account functionality, and profile, progress, streak, and food/meal log synchronization.

If you are signed in, meal and food log entries you save in the app are saved locally first and then synchronized to our Supabase backend so they can be restored if you sign in on another device or reinstall the app. If you are signed out, food log entries remain local to your device only. Signing out of an account does not delete food log entries already synchronized to that account; they remain associated with your account, subject to the retention and deletion terms in Section 9.

Supabase also receives non-identifying and account-linked app usage events (such as onboarding completion and paywall/purchase funnel events) used to understand feature usage and improve the Service. These events do not include meal names, food photos, weight values, or other consumer health data as event properties.

5.3 RevenueCat — Subscription management, purchase validation, entitlement status, and paid-access control.

5.4 Edamam — Edamam is Bleazira's food and nutrition database provider for Food Search. When you use Food Search, Edamam receives the food name or search term you enter and returns matching foods, serving and portion options, calorie information, and macronutrient information.

Edamam receives the food name or search term you submit and, for nutrition-detail requests on a selected food, the selected food's identifier (foodId), measure identifier (measureURI), and quantity you specify. Edamam does not receive your name, email address, weight entries, goal weight, calorie or macronutrient targets, meal history, progress data, hydration, workouts, or check-ins.

Edamam's retention of search terms is governed by its own data practices and applicable agreements. Requests do not include a persistent user identifier.

5.5 OpenAI — OpenAI powers Bleazira's camera-based meal image analysis, AI-generated macronutrient estimates, and AI-generated workout guidance.

For camera-based meal image analysis, OpenAI receives the meal image you submit and returns an identification of the food and estimated calorie and macronutrient values.

For AI-generated macronutrient estimates, OpenAI receives the inputs needed to calculate your targets, which may include your weight, fitness or body-composition goal, activity level, current calorie intake, age, height, and sex, and returns calculated macronutrient targets and guidance.

For AI-generated workout guidance, OpenAI receives the workout-related input you submit and returns guidance or suggestions.

OpenAI does not receive your name, email address, meal history, progress data, hydration, or check-ins, and does not receive any information beyond what is submitted for the specific feature you use.

OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default unless the API customer affirmatively opts in to share that data. Under OpenAI's standard API data controls, customer content may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless different approved data-retention controls apply or longer retention is required by law.

5.6 Upstash — Rate limiting, abuse prevention, and reliability for server-processed features such as Food Search.

5.7 AppsFlyer — Install attribution, campaign measurement, and app-activity analytics. AppsFlyer receives only non-health app events (such as install, app open, trial start, subscription start) and device/attribution identifiers. AppsFlyer does not receive meal names, meal images, weight entries, calorie or macronutrient values, goals, hydration, workouts, check-ins, or any other consumer health data, and no event name or property transmitted to AppsFlyer discloses or permits inference of your health status.

5.8 PostHog — Product analytics and session replay. We use PostHog to understand how app screens and features perform, including feature interaction data, screen and session activity, and app/device technical information.

Session replay is configured to: mask all text input fields; mask images; apply additional masking to Profile, weight, and check-in screens; and stop recording entirely during camera and photo-capture flows, resuming only after you leave that flow. We do not send meal names, food photos, weight values, health status, free-text reflections, calorie or macronutrient values, or your email address to PostHog as event properties.

We configure PostHog this way to minimize what it can capture, but no masking or redaction system can guarantee the complete exclusion of sensitive information in every circumstance. PostHog processes information according to its own privacy policy and data retention settings.

5.9 International Transfers. Bleazira and its service providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where they or their subprocessors operate. Where required by applicable law, cross-border transfers are subject to appropriate legal or contractual safeguards.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FEATURES

Bleazira may use artificial intelligence to support meal estimation, wellness guidance, summaries, insights, and progress-related suggestions.

AI-generated information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your personal health needs, and may be entirely fabricated.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated calorie, macronutrient, meal, fitness, habit, or wellness estimate.

AI output is not reviewed by any human, clinician, or professional.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it. Bleazira is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated information.

Food and nutrition database lookup is performed by Edamam (Section 5.4). Camera-based meal analysis, macronutrient estimation, and workout guidance are performed by OpenAI (Section 5.5).

Bleazira does not use your personal information or wellness data to train AI models. OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default unless the API customer affirmatively opts in to share that data.

Do not submit another person's personal or health information to AI-powered features.

Do not use Bleazira as a replacement for professional medical, nutrition, fitness, mental health, or emergency advice.

7. DATA SHARING

We share limited information only as necessary to: operate the app; provide account and authentication features; store data securely; synchronize supported data across your devices if you are signed in; generate AI estimates or guidance; manage subscriptions, purchases, and paid access; process App Store payments; measure installs and campaign performance (non-health data only); understand product usage through privacy-protected analytics and session replay; improve performance and stability; troubleshoot; provide support; provide food search and nutrition lookup; enforce rate limits; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access; and protect the rights, safety, and security of Bleazira, our users, our providers, and the public.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide you notice and a choice as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your wellness data with advertisers.

8. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including trusted service providers, encryption in transit, access controls, authentication requirements, least-privilege internal access, and vendor security review. Cloud-synchronized data, including food/meal log entries, is protected by database-level access controls (row-level security) that restrict each account's records to that account.

No digital system is completely risk-free. We cannot and do not guarantee that unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, or security incidents will never occur.

Breach Notification. In the event of a breach of security affecting your personal information or health information, we will investigate and provide notice to you, and to regulators and media where applicable, within the timeframes required by applicable law, including the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 318) and applicable state breach-notification statutes.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the service provider involved.

Locally stored wellness and tracking data. Information stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the applicable app data, or uninstall Bleazira. Uninstalling the app may permanently delete locally stored information that has not been synchronized to your account.

Account and cloud-synchronized data. Account information and supported cloud-synchronized profile, weight, workout, progress, streak, food/meal log, and program information are retained while your account is active. When an in-app account deletion request is successfully processed, Bleazira deletes the account and supported synchronized records from its active Supabase production database. Residual copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups until those backups expire under the provider's applicable backup configuration.

Camera meal images and OpenAI processing. Bleazira does not intentionally store meal images submitted for camera-based estimates in its Supabase database. Images are transmitted through Bleazira's backend to OpenAI to provide the requested estimate. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for service operation and abuse monitoring unless different approved data-retention controls apply, subject to legal exceptions.

Food Search queries. Bleazira does not intentionally store Food Search query text as part of your Bleazira account record. Search requests are transmitted through Bleazira's Supabase backend to Edamam to provide search and nutrition results. Operational or security logs maintained by Bleazira's service providers may be retained according to those providers' applicable settings and policies.

Subscription and purchase records. Apple and RevenueCat may retain subscription, transaction, entitlement, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, and related records according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements. RevenueCat states that certain Personal Data may be retained for six years after the relevant account relationship.

Attribution data. AppsFlyer retains end-user data according to its applicable service settings, partner requirements, and legal obligations. AppsFlyer's Services Privacy Policy states that End User Data is generally not retained for more than 24 months unless otherwise directed by the customer or permitted or required by law.

Product analytics and session replay data. PostHog retains product analytics and session replay data according to its own applicable settings and policies.

Crash and diagnostic information. Crash, diagnostic, performance, and security information, when collected, is retained only as reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, security, service operation, and legal compliance, subject to the applicable platform or service-provider retention settings.

Support correspondence. Support communications are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Backups. Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or protected service-provider backups until those backups expire or are overwritten in the ordinary course. Backup retention depends on the applicable provider plan and configuration and may differ from retention in active production systems.

We may retain information longer where required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, tax, or billing purposes.

Deleting your Bleazira account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. You must cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not delete data held by our service providers and does not cancel your subscription.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Know / Access — what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and obtain a copy

Correct — inaccurate personal information

Delete — your personal information

Portability — receive your data in a portable format

Withdraw consent — including consent to collect or share consumer health data

Opt out — of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and profiling (we do none of these)

Limit use of sensitive personal information (we already limit it to providing the Service)

Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a right

Appeal — a denied request

Email communications. If you choose to receive optional Bleazira email communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting hello@boddi.tech. Unsubscribing from optional email communications does not delete your Bleazira account or cancel an App Store subscription.

How to exercise: To exercise a privacy right, email hello@boddi.tech with the subject line "PRIVACY REQUEST" and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may verify your identity by confirming control of the email address or user ID associated with your account. Where applicable, we respond within 45 days and may extend the response period where permitted by law and with notice to you. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission; we may require you to verify your identity directly.

Account deletion: Signed-in users may also use Bleazira's in-app account deletion feature to delete their Bleazira account and supported cloud-synchronized account data, including synchronized food/meal log entries. Deleting an account is separate from submitting a broader privacy or consumer health data request. For access, portability, consumer health data deletion, or other statutory privacy requests, contact hello@boddi.tech as described above. We will verify your identity by confirming control of the email address or user ID on the account. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days with notice. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission; we may require you to verify your identity directly.

Appeals: email hello@boddi.tech with the subject line "PRIVACY APPEAL" within 30 days of our decision. We respond within 45 days. If denied, we will provide your state regulator's contact information.

Device permissions: you can control camera, photo, notification, and tracking permissions in your device settings at any time.

11. STATE-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

California (CCPA/CPRA). In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2, from the sources in Section 2 and Section 4.2, for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them for a business purpose to the service providers in Section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information. Because the Service is restricted to users 18 and older, we do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of any consumer under 16. Health, sex-life, precise geolocation, and similar categories are "sensitive personal information"; we use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service and do not use it to infer characteristics.

Washington and Nevada. See Section 4, which serves as our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy under the My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states. We process sensitive data, including health data, only with your consent, which you provide by choosing to enter that data into the Service. You may withdraw consent as described in Sections 4.5 and 10. We do not sell personal data, do not process it for targeted advertising, and do not engage in profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Nevada (SB 220). We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

12. HEALTH & WELLNESS NOTICE

Bleazira is not a medical device, medical service, healthcare provider, dietitian, nutritionist, personal trainer, mental-health provider, or emergency service. The Service provides wellness, fitness, nutrition, habit, and progress-tracking information for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. No professional relationship is created by your use of the Service.

Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting a fitness, nutrition, wellness, or weight-management program — especially if you have a medical condition or injury, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a history of or risk factors for disordered eating, or have any health concern.

Bleazira is not appropriate for individuals who have, are recovering from, or are at risk of an eating disorder. Calorie counting and weight tracking can trigger or worsen disordered eating.
